For a complaint

In the first instance, please get in touch with your usual point of contact here at Future Finance and we will make sure your complaint is investigated promptly.

If a solution can’t be found right away, you can contact the General Manager, Lee Davies, by calling 0800 25 10 10 or click here to send an email. She will work together with the right people within the Future Finance team to help resolve the issue.

If for some reason an agreement still cannot be reached by this stage, you can then ask Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) for help. This is an independent party who looks at referred complaints on a case-by-case basis – and the service is free of charge.
